Mushrooms in Creme Fraiche

  • 8oz of creme fraiche
  • 24oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar and salt
  • 1 tbsp soy
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsely

Saute onions and butter.  Tear your mushrooms and add.  Cover and saute on medium for 10 minutes.  Remove cover.  Add sugar, salt, soy, parsely and creme fraiche.  Blend well and serve immediatley.
